Equity, Diversity, and
Inclusion (EDI)

The glaring race and class divide made visible by the COVID-19 global pandemic combined with the MeToo and the Black Lives movements have created an flashpoint for two paradigm shifts in the U.S.: People now talk openly about racism and oppression and people are more willing to bring their whole selves into the workplace. St.Fleur Consulting helps organizational leaders create workplaces where belonging, equity, and inclusion are normalized in every part of the organization’s culture and operational norms.
Organizational Narrative
Whether organic or by design, every organization has a relationship with diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI), which may not be well articulated or understood. Our learning EDI learning programs combine lectures, discussion-based readings, and skills-based trainings to ensure a meaningful learning experience for every participant.
EDI Career Equity
Every industry is experiencing talent shortages and no company is immune to The Great Reshuffling. As such, widening the scope of recruiting and strengthening retention efforts makes more sense than ever. At St Fleur Consulting, we perform audits of recruiting or promotion practices that identify gaps in proportional progression among employee groups. Additionally, we design succession and career ladder that integrate the organization’s EDI values and ensure its leadership and talent continuity.
Vendor/Supplier Diversity
Diversifying an organization’s vendor and supplier pipeline makes an organization more competitive by broadening its options. Additionally, doing so empowers the organization to do the greatest good in society doing business with companies that are owned by historically minoritized people. At St Fleur Consulting, we develop the vendor and supplier assets of organizations by developing a resource book of vetted minority-owned businesses within the organization’
