Performance Coaching
To achieve sustained success, employees must have continuous supply two critical factors: High motivation and high skills. At St Fleur Consulting, we transfer to leaders proven tools to assess the gaps in the functional and/or technical skills of their employees. We also provide them with the means to identify their staff’s intrinsic (personal) and extrinsic (social) motivations so that they tailor the coaching to resonate with each individual employee. Additionally, we support leaders’ ability to provide feedback in a way that moves employees to position action and successful performance outcomes.​
